Best ATS for High Volume Recruiting/Sourcing ?

Need Recommendation for a good ATS system for a friend.

My friend works a high volume desk and does extensive sourcing and email campaigns.  Currently is working out of excel sheets.

She is considering purchasing Crelate.  Has reviewed PCRecruiter, Bullhorn, and Invenias.

What ATS systems do you like ?
