I have a client who has contracted with me to fill a Manufacturing Systems Manager-CMMS position. The client has not flat out said it to me, but I can read between the lines and I am fairly certain they want a female candidate. I do NOT want to discriminate (in fact, I CANNOT discriminate!), yet I want to bring what I believe is the best candidate to the table.
Any advice on how I might best use boolean logic or other avenues to source female candidates for a position? I have plenty of mail candidates right now, so adding more female candidates would diversify my submission pool without excluding other qualified candidates.
