LI Recommendations from a non-LI member

How do I add LI recommendations to my LI Profile when the person is not a member of LI? He was my former CEO.

@Howard add "Google Presentation" app to your LinkedIn account and you can make the slides of your non LinkedIn recommendations and upload to APP
