How I can find candidates on the below requirement

- 5+ years experience on Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) standards and Mpeg4 standards
- Strong skills in C++ coding
- Experience with device drivers would be advantageous

Location: Sioux Falls, S Dakota

Thanks for the help

The first bit is fairly straight forward
resume objective DVB standards Mpeg4 drivers -submit -your -apply -job -jobs -sample -eoe
(This provides 18 results)

The item that makes it difficult is South Dakota.
I would not limit and see if you can get someone to relocate.

HI Marcus,
Thanks for replying.
I did similar search. The result was I could able to find candidates outside US.

If I have a search string which can find candidates only in US that will be great.

Thanks

Here's where I would start for SD and the surrounding areas--

Use this on Google, you can narrow down the candidates by adding an area code or statement like (605 OR 712 OR 515 OR....) or expand your search using other key words.
(inurl:resume|intitle:resume|intitle:vitae) (C|”C/C++”|”C++”) "Software" ~Engineer (DVB OR "Digital Video Broadcasting" OR MPEG OR Video) AND ("*, South Dakota" OR "Iowa" OR "*, MN" OR "*, Minnesota" OR “*, Nebraska”) -submit -your -inurl:.edu

Use this on Google to search Linkedin profiles --
site:linkedin.com (C|”C/C++”|”C++”) "Software" ~Engineer (DVB OR "Digital Video Broadcasting" OR MPEG OR "Digital Video") AND ("South Dakota area" OR "Iowa area" OR "Minnesota area" OR “Nebraska area”) -intitle:directory -inurl:updates

Good Luck!

Or you can use a zip code range to Kameron's first string for Google such as 57101..57198 (the 2 dots represent all zip codes in that range) - you would need to take out the other states however since those zips are for S Dakota.

HI Kameron,
Thanks for the string.
