Sourcer (Contract Position) - San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

The Sourcer will focus on sourcing active and passive candidates for multiple disciplines. This involves researching, identifying, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates. Prepare and post internal and external job postings. This is 100% onsite at our offices working a full time schedule.

Responsibilities:

This position will essentially establish an internal search function; use the latest social networking channels to source for mid to senior-level software engineers, QA Engineers, Web Developers and others. This position will require strong organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills and the passion to "do whatever it takes" for the group. Duties range from sourcing potential candidates, developing recruitment strategies, and interviewing candidates both over the phone and face-to-face.
