Boolean Strings Network

The Internet Sourcing Community

I've been working on a project to convert websites and search results into an RSS feed.

This lets me see all new updates since last visits at a glance, and I can also read a preview before clicking on the link.  You can read RSS in GoogleReader or for those that love mobile Flipboard.

I've used a few RSS tools in the past for blogging, but the most popular free service to mix and convert feeds is Yahoo Pipes.  My fear is this service will be put to rest soon so all my work will be lost.

Does anyone have specific experience with an alternative tool.  I am hoping to avoid the complication of hosting my own script.

Thank you in advance.

No specific experience (I barely work with Yahoo Pipes - all the sites I really want seem to block them from crawling html), but a quick scan of the landscape suggests - there is nothing quite like Pipes, but there are some people trying, and some ways to use more than one tool to get the same result?
