I have just come into the sales side of the Staffing Industry. While I have had 3 years of Sr. Level Recruiting, it is a different animal when you are discussing bringing in the clients. I strongly believe that networking will be a nice compliment to my current activity but and unclear on which route to take to find the best group. Obviously I have the Chamber; however that tends to foster Woman and Minority Owned relationships. Unfortunately, I am neither. Then when I move into my own research for networking groups I am inundated with links to individually owned businesses, i.e. Insurance Sales, Real Estate Agents, etc. Again, not a good ROI. I am with an organization that is "in puberty" if you will. We are a $2.8 billion national organization and privately held and growing do to our intense perseverance of acquisitions. Any help with searches to find new networking groups would be great! Also, THANKS FOR BRINGING ME INTO THE NETWORK!
