I have some experience with Boolean search strings, but not nearly as advanced as some of the things I am seeing here in response to questions that are being asked and answered. I am very pleased with the willingness to share information and very impressed with the answers. I want to get additional training for me and my team and would appreciate your insights as to what would be the most relevant place/level to start at.
I'm a 15 yr vet that needs to get back to basics...my firm has been cut to the bone, no sourcers, no more Dice, Monster etc...I really need to increase my sourcing abilities. I'll be attending some of your seminars. Looking forward to learning from the best. Any suggested reading to get me jump started?

Thanks for letting me join your group. I found you by searching the web for sourcing guru's. I know you are an expert with Boolean Search...I am curious as to whether you or, others you may know, would be interested in our Semantic Search sourcing tool. As I am sure you know, Semantic Search is the technological step up from Boolean Search. I am hoping to allow you trial access to our software in trade for your feedback. Please take a peek at TalentSpring.com and contact me at your convenience.
This site peaked my interest and so i joined. Recruiting superstar talent is one of my passions and I look forward to networking with the group.
