sourcing with Image searches

I read a blog recently about using Flickr or a flickr competitor for sourcing sales people.  The concept was you could find pictures from the "president's club" awards trips.  I just tried to find the blog and tried the search, to no avail.  Any else see that blog?  I'd like to find it again.

I could not find the article but thanks to your post found I can do some site searching 

Here is example site:flickr.com/people/ hometown:austin occupation:software

You have to join Flickr or use your Yahoo logon to be able to message 

And many have links to websites to find contact information

I am still working with this so your getting my rough draft.  :)
