Sourcing for Consultants - Healthcare

Hello,

I'm 3 days in to a sourcing role for healthcare consultants.  I've not sourced for these types of professionals before, but from my understanding my team has scoured LinkedIn already and are looking for candidates that wouldn't be findable through LinkedIn.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Any assistance is much appreciated, and happy to help anyone as well!
