You didn't give much details, however based on the title you can try the following in GOOGLE:

site:linkedin.com "captial project" ~engineer (inurl:in | inurl:pub) -intitle:directory

Results look pretty good.

If you want the exact title you will get very few - i tried the following and got 2 results:

site:linkedin.com "captial project engineer" (inurl:in | inurl:pub) -intitle:directory

Please play around with the titles or keywords if you need add'l results.

Here is a standard string you can use in Google for resumes - just replace 'keywords' and title with your actual skills or title's you want:

(inurl:resume | inurl:resume) keywords keywords title -job -jobs -apply -submit -sample

Thanks Gary-We are looking for cap engineers with capex responsibility,lean implementation or even packaging or mechanical engineers-any ideas there? Weird-I put the string in and google responded that it was processing too many queries I guess from me and couldn't process right now.Have you ever seen that?
