This two-part course covers the methodology for identifying resources outside of recruiters' traditional comfort zones and a detailed coverage of social sites that  fill in gaps not covered by LinkedIn.

Day 1 - Sourcing without LinkedIn 

We will review a process for identifying relevant and data-rich sites for your target industries, roles, and geographies. Learn to find and extract candidate details from professional associations, discussion forums, and specialty social networks. We will also touch on cross-referencing partial information found on one site to get more details elsewhere (including contacts).

Day 2 - Social Sourcing

On Day 2, we dive deeper into social sites as a category of resources. We will review how to source across the most popular sites efficiently. For each site covered – including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and more - we will detail the most productive ways to search, identify, and engage potential candidates.
