Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (March 2021 Training Program)

With the fast-growing demand for diversity Sourcing, we are offering a complete Diversity Sourcing Program. This new program consists of a four-day intensive training course, capped by the Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification exam.

The four training webinars will provide instruction on six core Sourcing skill areas covered in our original Certified People Sourcing Professional exam, with a specific focus on applying those skills to Diversity Sourcing. 

We will record the class for each day of the training and make the recordings and slides available. Even if you cannot attend the daily sessions live, you can still get the full benefit of the training from reviewing these materials.

• March 2nd (Tuesday- 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 1 - Introduction to Diversity & Sourcing Essentials
• March 3rd (Wednesday - 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 2 - A Deeper Look at Diversity Search Strategies
• March 4th (Thursday - 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 3 - Homework Review, Demonstrations, and Q&A
• March 5th (Friday - 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 4 - Exam Overview and Prep

Class Outcomes: You will learn the six core skills for effective Sourcing and how to apply those skills expertly to overcome diversity search challenges. On successful completion of the Exam, you will become a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP).
