With the fast-growing demand for diversity sourcing, we offer a complete Diversity Sourcing Training and Certification Program. It consists of a four-day intensive training course and the Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) exam.

The four training webinars teach the six core sourcing skill areas, focusing on applying those skills to diversity sourcing. You will learn the essential techniques and strategies to be proficient in sourcing and achieve your diversity sourcing goals.

You will receive the recordings and slides from each day’s class, so even if you cannot attend the daily sessions live, you can still get the full benefit of the training from reviewing these materials.

Before You Sign Up

We anticipate talent acquisition professionals from various backgrounds and different experience levels will participate in the CDSP Program. The course is calibrated for maximum accessibility to accommodate a range of needs. We recommend reviewing these sample exam questions before registering if you are new to sourcing or an experienced recruiter who sources infrequently. If you find the questions especially tricky, please consider foundational training (such as the What Every Recruiter Needs to Know About Sourcing class) before enrolling in the CDSP Program.

• April 13th (Wednesday - 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 2 - Diversity Sourcing Fundamentals
• April 14th (Thursday - 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific): Day 3 - A Deeper Look at Diversity Search Strategies
• April 15th (Friday - 8 AM to 10 AM Pacific): Day 4 - Homework Review, Demonstrations, and Q&A

Class Outcomes: You will learn the six core skills for effective Sourcing and how to apply those skills expertly to overcome diversity search challenges. On passing the exam, you will also become a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP).
