Competitive Intelligence (CI) is the result of a company's efforts to gather and analyze information about its industry, business environment, and competing and services.

In this class, we will cover a range of techniques to help assess the competitive landscape for your firm or requisition. We will focus on showing how to use the tools many Sourcers and Recruiters are already familiar with (e.g., search engines, job boards, social networks) in new ways. You will learn to apply these techniques to find leading and comparable companies in an industry or location, similar job titles within a range of companies, which companies use the same technology or methods as your own, salary data, and much more.
