Day 1 - Wednesday, September 29th @ 8 AM PDT
This session will show you how to apply core Sourcing skills to a range of intermediate to advanced level diversity search applications using a couple of common roles in institutional finance. We will demonstrate specific search strings, strategies, sites, and tools to find each of several common target diversity candidate types (including women, under-represented racial and ethnic minorities, veterans, LGBTQ, and people with disabilities).
Day 2 - Thursday, September 30th @ 8 AM PDT
On Day 2, Glenn will build on the first session by demonstrating additional diversity searches for a few more senior financial roles before opening up the session to requests from the audience.
