Becoming a great Sourcer takes time and practice, as well as a solid foundation in core search skills. This webinar provides an introduction to all of the fundamental concepts and core skills required for internet sourcing proficiency.

Proficient Sourcers should have a solid grasp of:

• Exploratory research (how to structure your search process)
• Google search (i.e., how Google works, Boolean, search operators, keyword selection)
• X-ray searches (i.e., effective use of the site: operator)
• Cross-referencing information
• LinkedIn (i.e., understanding features, how to search and explore)
• Sourcing from social sites (including Facebook, Twitter, and target niche sites)

We’ll also cover a set of starter Sourcing tools to help improve your efficiency.

You will learn what it takes to be a modern sourcing professional, and identify the areas you need to focus on for future learning and development.
