Recently, our Sourcing practice faced a significant challenge. Our client asked us to identify and engage dozens of essential workers within just two weeks. To meet this need (and stay within a tight budget), we had to develop a new approach for Sourcing, which we will share in this new class.

We approached the pipeline-generating challenge in two ways. One method was to identify what we are calling "E100 companies." E100 companies assign their emails to their employees based on the same name-based pattern, 100% of the time. That means if we knew the first and last names of their employees, we could generate guaranteed correct emails for them. The second method was to find and download email lists from the web. When combined, these methods offered a fast, practical approach for generating as extensive a talent pipeline as we needed.
