Twitter for Recruiting and Sourcing

Twitter is fashionable these days, but can you be productively using it for sourcing? I will cover a number of tools and techniques and will address what works and what doesn't.

My plan for the webinar is:
* select 3-4 best, most productive ways/sites to source and recruit on Twitter and explain why they work (as opposed to presenting a long and overwhelming list of services around twitter); also touch upon what doesn't work;
* suggest ways and ideas to be creative using twitter for sourcing;
* explain a unique way of sourcing on twitter (that has not been published anywhere) where you are able to collect information about a candidate on twitter along with collecting it on other social networks such as LinkedIn.
