Boolean for Operating Room RN

I boolean for nurses and I'm curious if anyone out there has anything for an Operating Room Nurse, Staff and Director level.  The reason I'm asking is because the OR for Operating Room gets confused for the "or" boolean logic.

Thought someone out there might like the challenge on this one.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

That's an interesting one ! I don't know a way to remove the word or AND include instances where someone refers to an Operating Room as OR in the same search. You could of course just search "Operating Room" but then you would miss out on anyone who uses OR ! Looking at results I've just got you aren't even helped by it called O.R., Op Room or anything else.

 

So my advice would be to write your string to include OR and go through the results. Better off seeing a few false results than missing a potential candidate.
