The following string in Google brought back good results:

I doubt you'll find someone with all the keywords you are seeking, so I including 'any' of the requirements for "vertical search" such as java OR lucene OR ......

Please play with the keyword to refine it further-

I don't know what that job title means, but I would say forget the social networking and use Google & bing. Here are some good places to start.

Some results contain all the keywords! Besides the social networking sites control how you can contact the candidates, the sites on the open internet often have contact information on them!
