Diversity Sourcing Training on Demand (New)

Hello Diversity Recruiters:

As many of you know, we offer the Diversity Sourcing Training and Certification Program for Recruiters and Teams #CDSP - the next round is in August 2021. We will continue offering it since the demand is high and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
We have had requests for just the materials (without the exam and "live" attendance) from professionals who do not wish to go through the full program but want to have access to practical Diversity sourcing techniques. We have made that available! Check out

The new offering consists of two recorded lectures, slides, and one month of support for your practice.

Prerequisites: while we have included an intro to sourcing techniques such as X-Ray (along with the applications to searching for professionals of various Diversity types), if you are new to Boolean, advanced Googling, or LinkedIn search, you may want to start with a beginner class from our extensive Library to benefit from the Diversity materials. (The same prerequisites apply to the interactive CDSP Program.)
