Having trouble finding Web Developers

I know it seems mad not to be able to find these guys but I am finding it difficult! If anyone can help with a string or any advise that would be great...............I need someone with 3 years experience of developing web based applications using HTML CSS Javascript AJAX and ASP.NET and its based in Hampshire England.Thanks

site:linkedin.com ~developer HTML CSS Javascript AJAX and ASP.NET ("london united kingdom" | "reading united kingdom") (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

You can substitute or add other areas near Hampshire such as "portsmouth united kingdom" OR "reading united kingdom", etc
