Help finding design lead - Biomed Monitoring Spectrometer

I've been both lucky and successful, so far, in helping to build this team in San Jose, CA. They're world class; all high profile experts in their respective fields. This one, however, is proving more than usually tough.

Key components of an ideal profile would include design/build experience with low noise amplifiers (for spectromoeter), embedded processor, laser drive circuitry, optical receiver front ends, CCD cameras.

MUST be US-work authorised. Any and all helpful hints, brilliant insights, pointers will be very gratefully received.

To get LinkedIN folks/profiles with your requirements, copy the following string into GOOGLE:

That string only gave me one- so I played around with the key words as you need to do- this string gave a lot more results:

You'll need to 'fine tune' it by playing/changing the key words to get very close to what you want- but hopefully this points you in the right direction-
