Help on a string

We are looking for a business development perosn and have used this sting. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to omprove it? I appreicate the help! Below the string are some of the details of the position.

Must Haves:
• Solid understanding of Internet Advertising Space.
• At least 1 year of successful online publisher management experience.
• Required skills include fluency with media-buying terminology/planning
• A strong presenter and communicator.
• The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with online video publishers.
• Proven ability to spot opportunities, set priorities, and execute correct strategies to convert opportunities into new business
• This person should also be proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated, autonomous and intelligent
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
• Ability to work in fast paced start up environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills


Nice to Have:
• The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with online video publishers.
• An understanding of the online video ad industry
• Experience at one of our competitors – Videoegg, Broadband Enterprises, Tremor Media, BrightRoll, Yume, LightningCast, Advertising.com
• Familiarity with online ad-serving platforms
• A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities
• Work closely with VP to develop and implement a recruitment strategy for the addition of in-stream video publishers to the network.
• Develop new publisher leads within key publishers
• Build relationships within strategic publisher base
• Report daily/weekly on activity status and next steps related to specific opportunities that helps build publisher forecast which will be shared with sales team.
• Work with Client Services and Sales Engineering team to ensure smooth integrations and proper management of relationships
• Grow knowledge of industry and competition
• Gain visibility through industry events and professionally represent to customer base

It seems in that location, the phrases ("online video publisher" | "online video publishing") didn't bring back any results when I tried it.

The following string brought back a few results:

site:linkedin.com (~sales | "business development") "online video" ~publisher "ad network" "greater new york city area" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

This one brought back the most for me, but I omitted "online video" from the string:

site:linkedin.com (~sales | "business development") ~publisher "ad network" "greater new york city area" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

Here's a string bringing back good sales profiles from your competitors:

site:linkedin.com (~sales | "business development") (Videoegg | "Broadband Enterprises" | "Tremor Media" | BrightRoll | Yume | LightningCast | "Advertising.com") "greater new york city area" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

Also - play with various sales keywords- here is a list you can use - but you won't be able to use all of them in Google since it's limited to 32 search terms:

("top 10" OR "top 100" OR "top producer" OR "president's club" OR "revenue producer" OR "account executive" OR "sales rep*" OR "sales consultant" OR "business development" OR "account development" OR "sales executive" OR "sales associate" OR "account manager")

You also used the ~ tilde sign which should bring back sales synonyms, but may not work correctly at times depending on its use.

Seems the key here is to 'play' with the titles & keywords!

Thank you, Gary! It is a tricky one. We found one 60 days ago and are looking for another. While we did find a few people in the databases of the job boards and search engines, the hire came an ad we had runnng on one of the boards. He was not on LinkedIn and did not has resume online. Tricky!
