Here is how I search for email addresses posted in LinkedIn profiles - Any other ideas?

Here is a search string I use on Google:
site:www.linkedin.com inurl:in OR inurl:pub intitle:com OR intitle:net OR gmail.com OR hotmal.com OR aol.com OR sbcglobal.net OR yahoo.com

(plus keywords)

Any other ideas?

Hello Irina,
You might want to add .edu or .gov for those emails at educational institutions or government employees.
I tried a different search site:linkedin.com "yahoo" (.com OR .gov OR .edu OR .net), this found those profiles with only Yahoo.com emails. You could also write it as site:linkedin.com "yahoo" OR "aol" OR "gmail" OR "usfamily" OR " (.com OR .net). If you want to look for the educational institutions for example you would write site:linkedin.com "UMN" (.edu)
(UMN in this case would find University of MN people). By searching yahoo, gmail and aol together you'll get over 94,000 hits. Have fun!

It's a very good idea to look for gov and edu endings. However, it's important to keep in mind that Google ingores special characters. That includes "." , "(", and ")".
