When I do search for SAP AND "IS Retail" I get lot of junk results as Monster is taking IS as generic keyword. Hence, not all results have "IS retail" as a phrase.
What can be alternatives?
This is what I tried....
SAP AND Retail - very generic results
"SAP retail" - danger of missing good results
("Industry solutions" OR "I/S") AND retail - I found that very few candidates right IS retail that way.....
What else can I do here?

Kameron,
It does not bring 100% "IS retail" results. In most of the cases we get results SAP AND Retail. It ignores IS. (At least in my monster search)

Sarang -
In my search results, SAP, "IS Retail" and "IS-Retail" are highlighted. Difficult to say whether its bringing back 100% of available results but its definitely working for me.

Sarang, I haven't been recruiting for a while now but, I can tell you one thing. Considering your looking for people with IS-Retail the outcome may be no close match except SAP will be highlighted in all the resumes.
Keeping in mind SAP IS-Retail is more about material management what you need to be mentioning is SAP AND "retail management*" works just fine. These two words retail management covers all the aspects or Retail under SAP i.e SD, MM, Channel Management, Vendor Management etc..,
I hope it works out for you!
Let me know if it works out for you, I'll keep you updated as and when I get better results.
Cheers.
