Polycom - San Jose, CA - may work from home from SF Bay Area (San Francisco Bay Area)

Job Description

Seeking highly skilled contract Sourcer/Candidate Developer to work 40 hours/week. Specific responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with Recruiters to understand responsibilities and requirements for each role
• Source passive candidates for wide range of roles across all functions, geographies and levels, including executive
• Conduct in-depth interviews via phone and/or video
• Understand and relay the Polycom Values to passive candidates
• Write succinct notes from phone interviews
• Work at a fast pace

Must be available to work in the San Jose, CA office at least one day per week.

Requirements for this job include:

• Skilled at identifying passive candidates via LinkedIn and other sources
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
• Skilled at conducting thorough phone interviews with executives and professionals
• Experience sourcing for high technology company resulting in knowledge of corporate functions
• Collaborative work style
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
• Knowledge of ATS such as Brass Ring a plus
• Skilled at LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
