Hi Friends,

Has anybody tried doing the image search using Google to source resumes. How effective is that?

I find it very effective since it not only gives you the pictures, but also most of the time has the contact info. I find it more effective when you have your results you go to the "Show options" link and on the left side of the page you hit the 'Faces' link under the 'Any Type' section-

You can try this putting in Google image search

"marketing manager" cisco

 

then click on face on left hand side column.... most of these guys are marketing managers for cisco if not all..
