Boolean Strings Network

The Internet Sourcing Community

Hey Group!  I just recently learned of this site and quickly joined.  I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with a JD Edwards Developer/Analyst search string to use in a Google search.  I'm just now learning the "new" way to create Boolean search strings (ie. inurl:, intitle: site:) and I must be doing something wrong.  Earlier today I tried this search string and it didn't return any results.  Any help would be most appreciated!

inurl:resume intitle:resume -sample -samples -"resume service" (“JDE” OR “JD Edwards” OR “JDEdwards”) AND (“support” OR “Analyst”) AND (“development” OR “developer” OR “programmer”) AND (“World”) (30092...30339)

Check your syntax: you had both inurl:resume intitle:resume instead either one such as inurl:resume OR intitle:resume. Also I removed the zip code as most don't list that - try using a city state area code instead. You also don't need the AND as Google assumes that between words:

inurl:resume OR intitle:resume -sample -samples -"resume service" -job -jobs (“JDE” OR “JD Edwards” OR “JDEdwards”) (“support” OR “Analyst”) (“development” OR “developer” OR “programmer”) “World”

Thank you so much, Gary.  I made the changes and got the results I was looking for!
