I was trying to find the video on youtube that has the most "views" by creating a boolean string on google. I have tried: "100000000..200000000 views" site:youtube.com but get the error message that my strings looks too similar to a virus or spyware generator. NEXT, I found that the Video "Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend" currently has 119,685,138 views. If I copy and paste "119,685,138 views" in google, I get the results, however if I try "119685138..200000000 views" in google, no results! Why?

It's a good question and I do not think there's a good answer :)

Here is a workaround for you: on Google, search for

"119685138.." views site:youtube.com

(Note where I put the quotation marks.)

You can raise the number in this string till you get to the page you are looking for. You can add inurl:watch to narrow this down a bit.

P.S. I would call this "pushing the limits" on Google. :)
