LinkedIn string - HR Director

Hi All,

I am happy to be a part of this talented community and would welcome all suggestions for the below query.

Scenario: Identify HR Director's with skill set in Learning and organizational Development (L&D or L&OD), Talent Retention, Talent Acquisition, Comp & benefits) from Tier 1 companies.

Questions: What's the best way to create a search string for the above scenario?

Define relevant job titles (make list of acceptable titles)

Define relevant skill names (make list of different variations of the relevant terms)

Define tier 1 companies (make list of company names)

Do some test searches using these values - if there are other keywords that are consistently relevant, try searching those keywords with the other criteria loosened, to see if you surface people you missed the in your first attempts.

Re-calibrate searches based on your results so far.
