So I often see folks X-RAY LinkedIN in this way:

site:www.linkedin.com  with a modifying OR statement  (inurl:com/pub OR inurl:com/in)

Isn't it more efficient to write:

(site:www.linkedin.com/pub OR site:www.linkedin.com/in)

It's just a matter of preference & how much you want to type!

You can also use:

(inurl:in | inurl:pub)

"people you know"
