LOOKING FOR A BOOLEAN STRINGS MENTOR

Dear Irina:

My name is Raymond-Michael Kornfeind aka Raimundo Miguel. (Latino born and

raised) I have worked as an executive, Technical and Diversity recruiter for

over 23 years. I'm an excellent recruiter, networker, career coach, closer

and on-boarder. These skills have been my saving grace... Until now! Even

the best professional recruiters, with all the skills that I have listed,

cannot compete with someone that is well trained; quick, efficient and

effective as you and your colleagues.

I need your help!

I hate to admit this but I must confess, I grew up with the PC and Internet

but have yet to master Boolean technology. I know that my future livelihood

will depend on it!

I have some simple search strings that I use from Shally Steckerl's

Electronic Recruiting 101 but have gone no further. If Boolean Search really

works as well as I think it might and I can unearth even the toughest

candidates,

 

I NEED TO LEARN AS I GO

I need to become a fan, a follower, a continuous learner, a

lifetime student and learn how to use it well!

At this time, funds are low to non existent but the contingency work is

coming back and available.

 

Although I have an exclusive search that I'm working on right now and need

some advice, I'm kind of stuck in not being able to pay right now and in

desperate need of your advice.

I'm open to your suggestions and advice.
