Need a Boolean String for QA Sr. Test Analysts and QA Performance Engineers

 

I am a recruiter networking with professionals for the goal of obtaining candidate referrals, recommendations, and most importantly qualified resumes.  I need assistance in creating a Boolean String that would allow me to view profiles in Linkedin or view other sources for qualified candidates for J.Crew's following positions:

 

QA Performance Engineer

Quality Assurance Sr. Test Analyst

Supply Chain Business Analyst

Use the following string in Google for LinkedIN profiles:

site:linkedin.com ("QA Performance Engineer" | "quality assurance performance engineer") (inurl:in | inurl:pub) -intitle:directory -inurl:dir -inurl:job

You didn'n indicate location but you can add that as well such as "greater new york city area" - check profiles on LI for the area you want and insert the area in the string.

Also substitute the other titles in the string for your other positions-

Gary...thank you so much. I don't care about the area because they applicant can come from any area so what do I do about that? I truly appreciate your advise.

Renee- Just run it as I've shown in Google - will get results from all locations

Gary...I did and it worked but I should have said anywhere in the US not abraod..we are under time constraints to get the position filled. I tried to put "United States area" in the string but obviously that isn't correct, can you please help me once again. I'm going into a quick meeting and wanted to share the info. I've learned from you, thanks.

It may be easier just to look thru the results & pick ones just in the US. Or you can pick a certain location in the US but it will be much less results of course - example: "greater new york city area" You can add multiple locations to the string but make sure the area you use is on the profiles for people in those areas-
