need help fine tuninig a search for Systems Director supporting Bloomberg...

Hi experts - Hoping you can assist with my search for a Systems Director or other more functional title would be Trading Floor Support Manager:
- experience in an Application Management environment
- experience in financial sector
- people management experience
- Bloomberg POMS - must have Trading/ Order/ Portfolio mgt
- provide hands on management support for the organizations' portfolio management and trading operations, including Bloomberg POMS platform support.

I am a bit rusty, so any sophisticated strings would help a great deal.

I tried the following string in GOOGLE for LinkedIN profiles & it returned 35 results:

site:www.linkedin.com "Bloomberg POMS" -intitle:directory -inurl:updates -inurl:jobid -inurl:find -inurl:answers

I noticed a number fo them with Trading Floor application mgt experience -

You can add other key words but you will get much less results - so I chose to look thru the results instead.

You can insert location such as "greater new york city area", but you will get less also-

oops I jumped the gun...I had done that search already and got the same results. Just thought I oculd zero in on these people another way. Thanks.
