·      At least 5-7 years IT experience required that includes the following:

§  Microsoft .NET Framework experience (VB.NET accepted, C# preferred)

§  Microsoft ASP.NET Website Development, and experience with UX technologies, including jQuery or Ajax. 

§  Microsoft SQL Server design, development, stored procedures, performance tuning

·         Must be able to assist with 24x7 rotation schedule to support GI.com

·         Proficient understanding of internet technology trends, application architectures, application frameworks, and design
principles and patterns

·         Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and
control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with
overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities

·         Proficient knowledge of established software development methodologies, including experience working with iterative
methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, XP)

·         Proficient knowledge of Object Oriented Design

·         Proficient knowledge of development languages

·         Proficient knowledge of internet technologies and languages Proficient ability to gather and
scrutinize data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable
business solutions

·         Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide
clear, constructive feedback to team members
