PHP Developers for SF

Hello friends,

I am at my wits end on this and have been working this one for months. I have used many tactics including Linkedin, Boolean, groups, niche sites...and of course posting. Does anyone have suggestions on how to attract this elusive talent? Any help is much appreciated!!

Give them an interesting project, and pay them at/above market rates. :)

Any other details? Because if I do a search right now for anyone with PHP experience, I'm going to get more results than Google will display, even limiting generally to 'SF bay area'.

If you meant SalesForce, or something else, then my answer might change a little.
