phpList for email marketing campaigns

Hello,

I am completely new to all of this and looking around for help.We are thinking to start using phpList for a scenario. We send hundreds of thousand of emails out every day using a desktop software for our clients doing their email marketing campaigns. We dont get reports like click-through, opened trackings etc. We want to use phpList and track the results. This info is valuable to our clients when presented in graphical-formats .Should phpList be used for this purpose? I went through many resources and also Email Marketing Campaign Examples for phpList but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
