Here's a start .. try in google/yahoo..In India candidate use the word "curriculum vitae" more compared to resume
(intitle:~resume OR inurl:~resume OR intitle:~cv OR inurl:~cv) +developer +india +unix +shell +korn +education -job -trainings

Or
try this in google .. using Delhi area (I think its close to Gurgaon)

Have you considered using Orkut to find people?
I know that there are a lot of users of Orkut based in India.
A very simple search for Unix Shell lead Gurgaon brings back 103 results.
I would be surprised of more than a few of them did not fit your requirements.
