I have been working on sourcing for just software developers for the past 9 months and have quite a pipeline both in an excel spreadsheet and in LI (couple of thousand) It's getting a little crazy trying to keep track of everyone I've reached out to / when to follow up etc. I'm really looking for a better way to organize-- we are currently using Jobvite as our ATS but its pretty time consuming downloading everyone in it since it does not sync with Outlook.
Any and all ideas or suggestions on a better way to keep track of my ever growing pipeline are greatly appreciated. Have a great weekend!
