Searching outside US & Canada - South Asia Pacific

Hello All:

Has anyone dealt with searches outside North America, say Singapore & Thailand.

I am looking for some System Engineers in Thailand area. I have the searches from linkedin.
Any specific site I can Xray for other than linkedin.

Not sure if this will help you or it may be more work then it's worth, but Google has various Google sites around the world you could try to x-ray/search on in their domain?

Here's the link to the language translation area & at the bottom of the page are the Google domain engines worldwide -

have you tried limiting your results by country in the advanced search on google or yahoo? I get 90 results in google selecting Thailand as a region and using this really basic string:
(inurl:resume OR intitle:resume OR intitle:cv OR intitle:vitae) "Systems Engineer" -jobs -submit
The region: command in yahoo is used for continents, but you can select countries from the advanced menu similar to google.
