Since taking the class I do think differently, I think in terms of targeting people rather than just trying to find the skillsets and not paying attention to where they come from.  Now I pay alot of attention to the companies and devise a strategy

I still seem to not get alot of calls back or no responses to emails to candidates that I target and that gets frustrating
