For you sourcers out there, how are you calculating sourcing effectiveness to get your ratio. would it be the number of first round interviews your HM did divided by the total number of candidates the sourcer touched OR the number of hires (made from sourcing divided by number of people the sourcer touched?
Or...if you have other thoughts, please let me know.
