The following string brought back very good results:

In Google, copy the following:

site:linkedin.com ("regional vice president" | "area vice president") (hospice | "home health" | "durable medical" | "home medical" | "assited living") (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

You didn't indicate location, however you can insert location by seeing how the LinkedIN profiles indicate them such as "greater new york city" area OR "greater atlanta area", etc-
