If you mean references people have on Linkedin with the resume while presenting to the client?

I would not send extra information to the client OR HM OR Hiring team(unless asked)

I mean a list of proifiles or links; take a look at this as an example.
I work as a third party recruiter. Would addition of this type of info make my submissions stand out?

I just read your article on ERE, very well written and to the point!

Inline with the above topic:

I have worked as an Agency,independent consultant AND in corporate recruiting for 10+ years

Here is what I feel:
I would surely send profiles if I am working with a OLD OR ESTABLISHED Client OR Corporate HM but not for a new client.

Positive:

HM OR Hiring team will have a better idea of where the candidate is coming from.
IS candidate a culture fit (lot of corporate clients look for that)
Hiring team will also be able to make out what all Networks this candidate will bring in to the table
Truth about the candidate(In profiles candidate won't fabricate ), there is a good chance most candidates will be genuine NOT fabricated profiles.

Negative:

You are giving all contact info of the candidate with references to the Client in the screening/prelim stage.

I believe it has more Positive side in the corporate world(Again in Agency world it all depends on your relationship with the Client)
