Trainer with Pashto and/or Dari experience?

I was hoping to get an expert opinion/advise on this new search I am working on...

 

Here’s what I got in terms of “need to have’s” to get my search started.

 

I was given the task to source candidates that might come under the the Job title or Description of being a “Cultural Trainer”  that can speak either Pashto (Pashto (Naskh: پښتو - [paʂˈto]; also transliterated Pakhto, Pushto, Pukhto, Pashtu, or Pushtu), also known as Afghani) and/or Dari ((Persian: دری Darī, pronounced [dæˈɾi]) or Dari Persian (Persian: فارسی دری - Fārsīy e Darī, [fɒːɾsije dæˈɾi]. This person will be training soldiers and contractors that will be spending time in the middle east. 

 

Please let me know your thoughts and if you have any ideas for sourcing from linkedin, facebook, twitter for this type of person?
