The Internet Sourcing Community

Hello Everybody!
We created a simple twitter job search engine today,so I´d like to spread the word and ask all of you for feedback. You can find it at www.jobtweet.de and there´s a special version for all of you living in English-speaking countries. Now we´re thinking of creating a twitter sourcing tool, but before doing so, we need some feedback on the functionality of the jobsearch engine. So please take a minute to try it and tell me what you think!
Thanks,
Jan

Twitter has it's own search tools at http://search.twitter.com if you aren't aware; you can also search twitter using their operators: http://search.twitter.com/operators and it has advanced search features: http://search.twitter.com/advanced

Jobs can be searched their also-

I am familiar with twitters advanced search possibilities. However twitter returns lots of irrelevant results if you use them to find job openings (e.g, articles on job search etc.) due to the "wild" use of hashtags, and are thus not effective. Furthermore I am convinced that twitter will only turn into an effective sourcing channel if the broad majority of people, those without further knowledge on advanced searching, are offered an easy way to find job postings on twitter.

jobs via twitter can also be found on twithire and jobshouts. very easy to use and free for companies to post.

Yes, thx Kameron - i forgot about jobshouts.com - they blast jobs to you on Twitter or you can sign up on their web site for e-mail alerts. I've been following them for a while & am very impressed-
