Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Jr. Sourcer for our Redmond office. This role is for someone who would like to prove their skills with Volt. As a Jr. Sourcer you will focus on candidate generation in finding the best and the brightest in the software industry. As a Jr. Sourcer you will be interviewing the applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate Hiring Manager. Part of being a great Sourcer includes effective follow-up of reference checks, new hire paperwork and orientation or rejection letters, entering candidate information in to an applicant tracking system and may be responsible for gathering appropriate data for EEO purposes.
