Hi Robert. Try this; you'll only get about 9 resumes. You could try Yahoo Search as well. Leapfish is another that works.
Let me know if that works. You can certainly modify the string too or pull key words from the resumes you do find to find additional search terms. Rosie

Thanks so much for the reply, I have tried in google,leapfish and yahoo search. I couldn't find the relevant resumes though some of them were really close. Here is how the job description goes.

Required Skills

• Intimate knowledge of bridge and roadway construction business
• Skilled in bridge construction, roadway construction and estimating
• Knowledge of crane rental business
• Knowledgeable of contractual forms / processes / business practices
• Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent and 15 years of relevant experience required.

Robert, I added info to the search criteria and removed the specifics of Kansas as I believe that was too restricting.
60 hits this time; several good resumes. Some consulting firms. Good info for more digging... Good luck!
